Incredibly good and inexpensive locksmith service. Locked out at 21:15 and called them. Costs were clarified in advance and remained at the previously discussed costs. Super clean work, fast and efficient. I was back in my apartment in less than 30 minutes. I can highly recommend this company to anyone who is locked out. 👎🏻 ❌❌❌❌❌ Everyone in my environment thinks that the staff there is incompetent & unreliable. I wanted to convince myself and unfortunately had to find that the statements from my environment were apparently still understated. ❌❌❌❌❌ You can see the laziness & lack of motivation in the employees. No one knows what the other is doing. Nothing worked from start to finish. ❌❌❌❌❌ Perhaps it would be appropriate to motivate the employees more and/or to train them in customer contact. Based on my own experience & the bad reviews here, I can only recommend visiting another business. 👎🏻

Friendly, professional, and accommodating. The prices were clearly communicated over the phone in advance. When our door didn't open right away, they successfully worked on another solution without damaging the lock. The staff were super nice and I was completely satisfied with the emergency opening between the years. In case of need, I would gladly return.

September 9, 2022 / Friday evening: Key broke! Called company Schröter. Telephone cost estimate and twenty minutes of waiting time. After twenty minutes, a man was on site. We were still able to open the door with the broken key, which reduced the costs for me. Competent and friendly. I would like to thank this company once again!!! Therefore, I give five stars.
